"Starting as a contractor for water and electricity projects, TYSIC has transformed and grown over the past four decades, now operating as an EPC system integration company. Looking ahead, the MEP industry remains one of the few sectors that are hard to replace with automation and AI. However, we can leverage advances in information technology to modernize and digitize MEP engineering. Over the last decade, BIM implementation has enabled us to analyze complex MEP and civil engineering interfaces in a virtual environment prior to construction, improving integration for future building operations and maintenance. TYSIC has successfully completed projects including technology factories, commercial office buildings, luxury hotels, shopping malls, and residential developments. With BIM technology and our extensive engineering integration expertise, we aim to provide clients with more comprehensive engineering services in the future."
